Meet Jen Hoaglund

Born and raised in Racine, Jennifer came from humble beginnings and worked her way into the
real estate industry, with more than a decade of experience as a home insurance agent, an
appraiser, a lender, and now as a real estate agent and home rehabber. As President and
Founder of Ugly Duckling Houses and Blackstone Realty Services, Jennifer leads a team
responsible for representing buyers and sellers of properties throughout Southeastern
Wisconsin. In 2022 she was recognized as a top agent by Milwaukee Real Producer magazine,
and has also been identified as a Top Real Estate Agent year over year by her statistics in the
Metro MLS both for volume & for units.

During her life as a real estate professional, Jennifer realized there is a strong need for cash
buyers in scenarios where the property is in a distressed state and is unfinanceable, or where
the seller is simply looking for a fast, hassle-free cash closing. She prides herself on being fair,
transparent, and easy to work with.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her three daughters and taking them to
sporting events, amusement parks, and walks through nature. Jen has also recently caught the
travelling bug and enjoys exploring new places. Her favorite place to visit in the Midwest is
Galena, IL.
