Meet Nick Koenen

Nick Is a Racine Native and has spent the past 5 years in the real estate industry as both
a lender and a rehabber. He has a passion for helping people through some of the largest
transactions of their lives and has helped hundreds of families during this timeframe. Prior to
getting into real estate, Nick attended the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, where he
earned a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, and finance.

When he’s not working on houses or helping buyers finance their home purchases, Nick enjoys
travelling and exploring new places. Having a beer with the locals at a downtown pub is one of
his favorite pastimes
